Situated within a grade II listed building, this well studied space pays homage to its historical architectural details whilst adapting to a modern desire for comfort and ease. Curating a neutral canvas, abstract contemporary furniture is given pride of place: an Oscar Niemeyer chair, apparatus chandelier, a Jean Royere sofa. Polished plaster walls combine with light oak flooring to create the solid foundations for a consistently elegant and minimal space, whilst architectural elements such as the cornices and skirtings retain personality throughout.
